What to expect:

Free Discovery Consultation Phone Call- This is a 10-15 minute telephone conversation about what you are hoping to achieve from the consultations, how I can help and to ask any questions. 

Initial Consultation- This lasts for approximately 1 hour. Prior to this consultation you may be asked to fill in a questionnaire and/or a food diary so that I can gain a thorough understanding of your consultation needs. Based on your current situation and what you would like to achieve from our sessions, we will develop a plan suitable for your individual needs. You will receive a copy of the consultation notes and any supporting information by email after the consultation within 5 working days. This consultation is online via Skype.

Follow up Consultations- These last for approximately 30 minutes. This is an opportunity, for you and myself to review your progress, adjust and discuss the next steps. We will then create an updated plan. You will receive a copy of the consultation notes and any supporting information by email within 5 working days. This consultation is online via Skype. 

Between Consultations: Email/Telephone support, once a week is available between consultations for added motivation to help keep you on track with your plan. 




 MEAL PLANS
Meal Plans are personalised and tailored to your specific nutritional/wellness goals e.g. to improve acne, to lose 14 lbs in weight or for better digestion.
 
How it works:
You will fill in a questionnaire to gather details about you, your food preferences and the goals that you are hoping to achieve. You will then be emailed a 7 day or 3 day meal plan within 5 working days. The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks for either 7 or 3 days as well as a recommendation on what foods you should have more of and which ones to avoid.
